Party For 2?

So this meal was originally intended for a Party for 2, but then life happened; I became a grandma! I had planned on making this wonderful meal for date night but new baby intervened and I had to put on hold. Now of course date night can always be rescheduled, and it will, but in the meantime, grandma’s got to eat! And the only ingredients in grandma’s kitchen right now is for this, and grandma has to take good care of herself so she can go down and look after baby girl and HER new baby girl!
There is nothing more satisfying then becoming a mother and raising 4 outstanding children who are creating wonders of their own life, and then graduating from that to really finding and celebrating yourself after all of these years, only to find your heart expanding even more than any growing Grinch could imagine, welcoming your very first grandchild into the world.
How will this Party For 1 go on? Was there really a time when I existed singularly this past year? Is it a façade, created to cheer myself on in the direction of the future? Nothing like a brand new life to give your future meaning.
